Gold Star Chili

Too expensive need too lower prices. Gold star needs more menu iteams on the menu. All Restruant need to be up dated with 1 million upgrade to each store in cincinnati and U.S A. NEED BETTER FOOD. REST ROOMS DIRTY AND SMELL.

Amazing atmosphere!!! Outstanding burgers and fries!!

Regular 5 way and a coney will run you $9. Good service. good food. You can eat in or order to go. Restaurant is new and stylish on the inside

Worst service ever. Took 20min for our drinks. Another 30 after that we were getting a few parts of the order. An hour in and 20 trips back and forth by the server we almost had all our food. And there was only 4 tables in the building.

Burgers. Fire 🔥Parmesan fries 🔥Gorito 🔥

The food is as good as any Gold Star, but the hours seem to "when we feel like being open." You might show up an hour before the posted closing time and find nobody there.

No double deckers! Took them off the menu they said they didn't sell. No lemon for water! Very skimpy with cheese on 4 way and cheese coney. Just enough to cover sauce ...barely. Going to stick to the westside franchise on glenway. This one is not great at all. Worst experience in a long time. Walked in at 12:10. Ordered 2 teas, 4 cheese coneys with no onions and cheese fries. At 12:50, we received 2 cheese coneys with no onions. At 1:05 received cheese fries. At 1:15 we were told that our other cheese coneys no onions were coming. We told them to keep them and that we had to leave. There for 40 minutes before part of the order came out. Left without getting our entire order.

I ordered via Door Dash from this location. After substituting my order because they were out of FRIES... I was given coneys with mustard and onion, which I said no to both via Door Dash and to the actual restaurant. I called Gold Star and was placed on a 15 minute hold (LITERALLY 15) and then I was hung up on. I called back instantly and was informed I had the wrong restaurant and that they had not received any calls. I am at work just like these people are. My lunch was ruined and my attitude for the day has been ruined. Do no eat here. Save yourself from experiencing this. It is not worth it. I am appalled at their customer service and I will never return.

They lock the back handicap entrance so if you are disabled you have to some how make it to the other side of the building they are slow getting orders ready even when they are not busy.

Very elegant and accessible place. They serve big meals and for fair rates. I enjoyed the meals a lot and the waiters were very attentive and chatty. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

I love the 4way and the chili fries. It never disappoints.

Great service. Good people working here and very very friendly. But, you have to try the hot sausce with your order. This hot sauce is special and better than Skyline!

Before you consider going to this location let me show you a picture of what they consider to be quality food. they sent this out to me through door dash and when I called and told them there is hardly any chili on either my chili cheese fries and coney's marcus told me to take it up with door dash . . door dash did their part they delivered the food . .the quality falls on you.

Laith and his staff provide very good service and are very friendly toward all of their customers. They operate a clean, spacious and contemporary-looking restaurant. The menu offers quite an array of choices and you can't go wrong with anything you select.

Went to this location for the first time and the last time. Ordered a coney crate and all the hot dogs were old and rubbery. I called the manager which he stated his name was sam and told him the issue. He said sorry but all are hot dogs were freshly made an hour in a half ago. So I guess an hour in a half is the new fresh smh.

The first time I went it was a different group of people that was so nice and ine was the manager. This second time I went the manager wasnt there and it showed Big Time. This guy was so rude soon as I walked he said is this gonna be for here or to go? Before he even ask can I help you, then I said it's to ask, why do you ask? Because he ask in a mean way. So ask again why do you ask? Then he said "Oh because people come in here ask ask for their food to go but then they sit down and eat it" so he assumed that I would try to get my food to go but then sit down and eat it there.Even if that happen to him 4 time today it's still not for him to make that assumption that I would try to do it. That was totally unprofessional and then on top of that the coney was not good. It's almost like they were trying cruto rush and for what ever reason. The next time if the manager isnt there then I'll just keep going to some place else.

I'm not a fan of Cincinnati style chili but if you are, then this is an ok place to eat. Not sure why the entire staff was severely obese? Maybe free chili is an employment perk.

This restaurant is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. when I I need a fair lunchon, this place comes immediately to my head. outstanding and varied food and a large menu.helpful crew, and pleasant vibes. Not less important, the bill is reasonable. I sent my friends to this restaurant with no hesitation.

Goldstar is usually my favorite place for lunch. This location not so much. From watered down hot sauce to the service. Shocking im on the one was esting here. 100 will never ve back.

The taste of the food was great. The amount of food compared to cost..... Definitely go a different restaurant if you want more for your money.

Said they were open till 11pm, but it's 10:20 and they're closed. Thanks for wasting my drive.

Great burgers

Good Star generally is great, and this location is as well most of the time. On occasion tho, it gets overwhelmed with customers and it's internal layout seems to make it hard for staff to become readily aware as their stockroom appears to be physically dislocated from the front.Perhaps a camera?Food is great, service is great, staff is polite and attentive. Sometimes however, they just don't know you're there.

Great food! Highly recommend trying the burgers on their grilled buns or keep it classic with their coneys. Either way you cannot go wrong. Also all the employees are very willing to help customers.

The food was good . The little black girl in there is so amazing I love her energy she’s so polite she checked up on us a good number of times, an made sure are drinks an food was ok . She brings so much life to that Goldstar . Me an my family Went a few weeks ago an it was so dead in there no life !! went back twice an she was amazing. She greeted us She even cooked are food an served us wit other crew members in the back . Thanks I’ll always remember her pretty hazel eyes unforgettable....

skyline is better

The owner didn't greetm when I walked in the place she sat my credit card and food on the counter. I aksed her ( the owner) for a refund because of her personality (nasty) and she said no. I asked her to show the policy that says no refunds she said no. This Place Has the Worst Customer Service known to Man.
